"Streamside Tokaanu" is a 2 bedroom house situated right on the banks of the Tokaanu Stream in the historic village of Tokaanu.
The two bedrooms share a spacious ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double and a 3/4 size bed.
The home has a fully equipped modern kitchen with open plan lounge and dining flowing out onto the back deck.
Sit on your private deck overlooking the stream and feed the trout. Guests are welcome to utilize the BBQ area and streamside hot tub on the owners adjacent property.
Thermal heating ensures the house is warm and cosy throughout the cooler months. Dog friendly.
"Streamside Tokaanu" is suitable for two couples or a family of two adults and three children. Dog friendly.
Streamside is available as a rental property for $250 per night (two night minimum)

We are happy to offer suggestions or put together an exciting itinerary for you. Longer stays are welcome.
We will pick you up from Taupo Airport if needed and bring you down to Tokaanu where you can settle into your exclusive two bedroom home.
On your first night we will cook a typical NZ BBQ dinner or traditional roast of lamb. For the next three days we will show you the sights and treat you like we would friends that visit.
If you would like to explore Lake Taupo we’ll take you out on our 7 meter centre console boat, maybe try a spot of fishing or a cruise to the remote Western Bays.
If you wish to explore the Tongariro National Park we’ll drive you wherever you want to go, making sure you see the best(and sometimes hidden) places.We’ll tell you the legends and traditions of our region and introduce you to some of the colourful characters that live around here.
If you’d like to go skiing we’ll transport you to the mountain and show you the best runs, and if you’d like to visit the vineyards locally or in the Hawkes Bay we’ll act as a sober driver.
We believe that you’ll really experience the best of this stunning region with the help of our local knowledge. You effectively get the house, a boat and a car with a driver/tour guide.
The Fully Hosted package is available for $600 per night (three night minimum).
